The key difference between a TACTICIAN group coaching session and traditional training is that participants learn skills and tools that they will use straight away upon their return to work. This approach has been proven to have an immediate impact on performance.
Participants in our sessions learn skills through knowledge transfer and simulation. They are coached on how to apply these skills and on their personal development needs. They are also introduced to a range of practical tools and templates that provide structure and make applying their new skills easy.
